Once an order has been confirmed, we will begin processing it as soon as possible.

2. Product Information

Norwicke® strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, and usage information for our coloured contact lenses.

However, the appearance of lens colours may vary slightly depending on your natural eye colour, lighting conditions, photography, makeup, and individual screen settings. Packaging and product presentation may also be updated from time to time.

For hygiene and safety reasons, coloured contact lenses that have been opened, unsealed, worn, used, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

• Lenses are never shared with another person

Customers requiring prescription vision correction should ensure that any lenses purchased meet their individual requirements and professional recommendations.
